How Many Women Do You Need to Balance the World?
When you are living on the edge, balance is in your DNA.
If it isn’t, it damn well better be in your Wheaties. Lucky me, I found myself with a bunch of balance seekers and four fabulous women eager to hang this upside down like a pinata and swing a bat at it.

Four Fabulous Women
The world can be an unreasonable tea party.
But does that mean you pitch a hissy fit, roll your eyes and storm out of the room NEVAH to return to this dreadful place?
Not if you are the Gang of Four running The Nonprofit Marketing Balancing Act session at the NTen Nonprofit Technology Conference.
Note to self: Balance, as in the conference hashtag for this workshop #11ntcbalance, is the secret sauce.
Balance is managing a talkative group of 200 people in a small last minute space with not enough chairs.
Balance is apologizing to the frazzled workshop leader in the room next to ours who came in to ask us to keep down.
“But we’re networking. That’s what the session is about.”
He was clearly not amused.
Balance is taking a snapshot of the group’s burning questions and brilliant insights, one index card at a time.

Hoong Yee — You have no idea how tickled the four of us are about your drawings! Thanks so much, and I would LOVE for you to guest blog for me. Will use these in a post about the session later this week.
Awesome! Looking forward to your post.
